Twenty-year-old Mitchel Musso, who played Oliver Oken on ‘Hannah Montana,’ was arrested for drunken driving early Sunday morning in Burbank, California.

Musso was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, with bail set at $5,000. No court date was set.

Kelley said Musso was driving a 2007 Mercedes-Benz when he approached the scene of an unrelated traffic accident, and he allegedly failed to obey a traffic officer’s instructions. Officers conducted a field sobriety test, and Musso allegedly had a blood alcohol level above .08 percent, Kelley said
