Jennifer Aniston showed off a new short haircut in Spain today.  She shocked the world by debuting a Hairstyle at a Madrid photo call for Just Go With It this morning.

Jennifer recently described the style  as a bouffant-type layered cut created by her pal Chris McMillan in 1994 - the “ugliest haircut ever”.
