Usher cancels European show due to “respiratory illness”.

According to TMZ, the R&B singer,Usher, has had to postpone several upcoming dates on his European tour after doctors ordered him to rest to treat an “upper respiratory illness,” .

The “OMG” singer lip-synched his first two songs and danced poorly at the beginning of his concert in Berlin, Germany Thursday night before eventually walking off the stage and ending the concert early.

Stated earlier this week that he would be cancelling his Berlin tour date due to illness.  But apparently, the Berlin and European fans believe something else is going on.

Usher subsequently postponed Friday night’s performance in Rotterdam, Holland, Saturday’s concert in Oberhausen, Germany and Sunday’s gig in Antwerp, Belgium.

The singer took to Twitter to apologize to fans and vowed to recover as soon as possible to give them “the show they deserve.”

“I’ve been very excited about my Europe Tour & deeply regret having to reschedule shows. I’m sorry for any inconvenience I’ve caused my fans.”

According to his website, the Holland and Germany shows have been moved to March, while dates for those in Berlin and Oberhausen have yet been confirmed.
